The Forks Given Rating System
Every review gets scored the same way: a weighted rubric across six categories.

| Value | 20% |
| Service & Experience | 15% |
| Ambiance & Environment | 10% |
| Execution vs. Intent | 10% |
| Return Factor | 5% |
Each category gets scored on its own, then the weights combine into one final number out of 5.0. The half-points come from that math, not a vibe.
A Few Ground Rules
- We pay for our own meals unless we say otherwise.
- A comped dish or drink doesn’t change the score.
- Most reviews come from a single visit. We’ll flag it when that’s not the case.
- How popular or well-known a place is has no bearing on its number.
We built it this way because we wanted an actual way to compare a taco truck against a tasting menu, not just a running list of opinions.
